Our Blue Pathway Catcote Crew really delivers!
For some time now, staff have been giving up their free time on an evening to collect some generous FareShare food donations from Asda and Tesco in Hartlepool and Billingham. The donations are brought into school and then sorted into bags to distribute to families who may need a bit of help.
Our Catcote Crew are then able to deliver them throughout the school on our ‘Catcote Delivers’ trolley, specially decorated for the task. Students work on so many skills from this process and spread happiness at the same time. There is also opportunity for some of our more able students to assist the Catcote Crew during their Work Related Learning sessions, improving their own work skills.
